A son of the California Bay Area, Kirk journeyed to Los Angeles to attended Cal. State - Northridge when he made the fateful decision to audition as a tour guide at a major motion picture studio/theme park. He easily was accepted and then punished by meeting Steve amongst the ranks. In between various sports and sports bars, Kirk was cast as an actor in films such as "Dante's Peak" and "Must Love Dogs" along with various television guest spots. Kirk finished his run at the studio/theme park having served over twenty years as a senior manager of Special Events for the tour and launching some of the biggest signature grand opening/media events that have drawn rave reviews. Always a traditionalist and lover of things that came before, Kirk hopes that PopuList will serve to (get someone to buy him a drink) entertain many.  

A television veteran of over 30 years, Steve is a sitcom director credited with over 200 episodes for Nickelodeon and Disney including "Boy Meets World", "iCarly",  "Zoey 101" and "Victorious".  A theater major with side trips into film classes at USC, Steve found himself performing as a tour guide at a major motion picture studio/theme park to earn money. He has always been fascinated by history, sports, the arts (especially films and theater), and just the world around him. Easily enticed by the prospect of any social situation involving drinks and trivia...and drinks, his friendship with Kirk and the road to this podcast was inevitable.
